Good amounts of delicious, handmade food with friendly staff, interesting environment, and reasonable prices. Not a ton of variety, but more than I expected. Loved the veggie pizza, enough for 2 people easily, as well as the fires my friends had. I'd go back

Although the poutine I had was far from traditional, I still enjoyed it a lot, and loved the warm atmosphere. The ladies who work here are very kind, and make all the food themselves with fresh ingredients. I do recommend this place if every you're passing through Iona, to support the small local community!

Food is good, ordered fish & chips and it was amazing. Service was awesome, people there are so kind and the wait time wasnt that bad either. There's a graveyard in case you don't make it out alive btw.

Our first time to visit and the food was great. I had fish and chips that I ended up getting half to take home (the portions were so generous). Everyone else had the burger specials and raved about them. I didn't think these types of places existed anymore but I'm so glad we went.

The food meets expectations, I usually don't put reviews but went there with my friend and must say one of the best burgers I had in Cape Breton(and I tried a lot of burger in CB). The patty felt amazingly fresh and perfectly seasoned nothing overboard you can taste the meat and the seasoning blended beautifully they made sure the toppings were well placed and not oozing out from one side, with the perfect amount of sauce not making it a soggy mess or dry and pale, the fries on the side were fresh hot crispy on the out soft on the inside as well (the way I like it depends on people's preference) as well. My friend got the breakfast combo got the eggs for over easy and I must say they delivered not runny not over cooked can't stress enough the amount of times a lot of restaurants (in Cape Breton) mess that part so I was quite surprised when they delivered. Everything felt fresh for a change and it was surprisingly delightful.

Incredible food made by incredible people! We drove past this restaurant on our way to the Highland Village Museum and I am so glad we decided to stop in for a bite.The atmosphere is really cool, it’s an old church with a basement that’s been converted to a restaurant. The food is all homemade including the fresh burgers and fresh turkey they make daily. We ordered the deluxe burger with fries and original poutine and it was incredible. One of the best burgers we have ever had period.The ladies who worked there were incredibly kind and friendly. We also ended up ordering a slice of their coconut cream pie and it truly is a must try. I wish we could’ve tried everything on the menu, we will definitely be coming back and would encourage anyone on the island to definitely check it out.

We had the fish, the amazing burger, and poutine. It was absolutely delicious and the service was great! We ate at one of your picnic tables. Very nice.

I ordered the chopote chicken burger and it was amazing best tasting burger I have ever had not frome the area but will definitely be going back some time!!
